Jason Kenny beats fellow Briton Callum Skinner for men’s sprint gold

Great Britain’s Jason Kenny beat his fellow countryman, and roommate in Rio, Callum Skinner in the men’s individual sprint to take home the gold.

Kenny is the sprint world champion and won the gold in London at the same event. Kenny and Skinner, with teammate Philip Hindes, both won gold for the team sprint gold Thursday.

Russia’s Denis Dmitriev beat Australia’s Matthew Glaetzer in the bronze medal races to secure third place.
