HOLYOKE, Mass. (AP) — Police say a man involved in an altercation in a Massachusetts bar was chased down the street and shot in the back.
Holyoke police sat the victim shot at about 4:30 p.m. Monday was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Lt. James Albert says the victim got into an argument at the Franco Club. The man then ran down the street and was shot. He ran into a nearby convenience store.
His name has not been released.
Police continue to search for suspects. Anyone who witnessed the argument or has any information about the shooting is asked to contact police.
