Los Angeles, CA (NBC) — Rapper Kanye West has reportedly been released from the hospital.
The 39-year-old West was admitted to UCLA Medical Center on November 21st for evaluation after suffering from exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
He entered the hospital just hours after cancelling the remaining shows of his Saint Pablo tour.
West in now reportedly home with wife Kim Kardashian and their two children.
