DORCHESTER, Mass. (WHDH) — Crews are on the scene after four manhole covers exploded on Washington Street in Dorchester Tuesday night.
Several blocks have been closed off on Washington Street as firefighters and other crews can work. Eversource has also shut the power off in this area.
Officials said after the first manhole cover exploded, three more down the line followed.
No one was injured and no evacuations have been ordered.
