BALTIMORE, MARYLAND (WHDH) — New details have emerged about a deadly bus crash in Baltimore.

The Department of Transportation said the driver of the school bus wasn’t authorized to drive a commercial vehicle.

They said his medical certification expired in August and the agency has not received an updated one.

The driver, along with five others, died when the school bus crashed into a commuter bus on Tuesday.
