Researchers say a low fat diet to reduce heart disease isn’t the answer.

The advice to replace saturated fats with carbohydrates or polyunsaturated fats is based on incorrect data from the 1950’s.

New studies have found no proof that low fat diets cut cardiovascular risk, saying the best diet is low in carbs, sugars and processed foods.
