Dozens of mystery ballots showed up outside of a California home less than a week before election day.
The man who found the ballots say all 83, each unused, were addressed to different people.
And all of the ballots were sent to an elderly neighbor’s two-bedroom apartment.
The LA County Registrars office says a “glitch” in the system caused the mix up.
County officials say while they believe this is an isolated incident, they are monitoring for any other issues.
