BROCKTON, MASS. (WHDH) - Fire crews were on the scene of a massive fire at an abandoned building in Brockton.
The fire started at the building on Montello Street. Officials said the building used to be a furniture factory that also sold antique furniture.
A Whitman firefighter went to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Firefighters said two men were inside at the time working on a car, and the car back-fired.
The fire was ruled accidental.
The building is a complete loss and must come down immediately.
