A judge will consider whether or not to move the so-called "affluenza teen case" to an adult court.

"Mothers Against Drunk Driving" has gathered more than 40,000 signatures to transfer 18-year-old Ethan Couch’s case out of juvenile court.

When he was 16, Couch killed four people in a drunk driving crash.

His lawyer said because his family was rich, he didn’t understand consequences.

Couch got 10 years probation, and is accused of violating his probation by fleeing to Mexico.
