Police in Shirley are hoping to find the owner of an Alpaca who was found on the loose.
The animal was found on Lancaster Road and was captured by Ayer Animal Control as well as a Shirley Police officer.
Photos on the Shirley Police Facebook page show authorities luring the animal with an empty Dunkin Donuts bag.
Police were able to reunite the alpaca with its owner.
