(NBC) — Whether you’re a baseball fan or not, today is the day many Taco Bell fans have been waiting for.
The fast food chain will be offering up a free Doritos Locos taco to each customer from 2 p.m to 6 p.m. local time at participating locations.
It’s all part of Taco Bell’s “Steal a base, steal a taco” promotion tied to the 2016 World Series.
Taco Bell promised it would reward the nation with tacos if a player stole a base in Game 1 or Game 2 of the World Series.
A base was stolen in Game 1 by the Indians’ Francisco Lindor.
