LYNN, MASS. (WHDH) - Police have made an arrest in a stabbing on Wednesday outside a Lynn high school that left a teenager injured.
Johel Ramirez Chavez, 18, is charged with armed assault to murder. He’s accused of stabbing a 16-year-old boy near the basketball court by English High School.
The victim was taken to a Boston hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Chavez is being held behind bars pending a dangerousness hearing on Dec. 21.
