Boston police seek to ID man wanted in string of downtown larcenies

BOSTON (WHDH) - The Boston Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who they say is responsible for a string of larcenies at a store in the city’s downtown area.

The suspect was caught on surveillance video during incidents at the Old Navy on Washington Street between Oct. 19 and Nov. 12, according to police.

The suspect is described as a black male, around 6 feet tall, between 45-55 years of age and balding.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to contact police.

The incidents are under investigation.
