The Cambridge couple who filed a wrongful death lawsuit against their nanny over the death of their baby will be awarded $4 million.
The couple said their Irish nanny Aisling Brady McCarthy is responsible for the baby’s death in 2013. A murder charge against McCarthy was dropped last year after the medical examiner later ruled the baby’s death to be “accidental.”
The couple’s lawyer said the nanny does not have the money but they want to prevent her from profiting from a book or movie deal.
