WORCESTER, Mass. (WHDH) — A car crashed into a house in Worcester.
Witnesses said the car came down a hill, drove through some bushes, hit a car in a driveway, then bounced off the side of the house.
The car ended up on its side.
The homeowners said it sounded like an explosion.
"It sounded like the house blew up and dust all over the place, it shook everything in the house,” said homeowner William Cantwell.
The driver is in critical condition. Police said two other people were in the car. One of them had injuries that police said were not serious. The other passenger ran away from the scene and has not been seen since.
