Surveillance video from a jewelry store shows a black Nissan Rogue with two police cruisers hot on its trail.

This comes just moments after Massachusetts troopers spotted the suv that they say was involved in a carjacking and stabbing in Connecticut.

Troopers say the suv rammed into their cruisers trying to get away before barreling onto a family’s driveway to turn around and take off again.

Instead, the people living inside say the male driver and female passenger hit their parked car and spun around.

Hoda Sarwat watched it all play out from an upstairs bedroom.

“I was also afraid she would try and get in the house,” said Sarwat, “or threaten the police with me or my daughter.”

She ran to get her 2 and a half year old daughter downstairs and they stayed inside wondering what was going on.

Troopers took 21-year-old Christopher Harding and 21-year-old Celina Cousineau, both from Connecticut, into custody saying they carjacked a vehicle in Connecticut Thursday morning and crashed, then went to a neighboring town, carjacked another car and stabbed the two women inside.

Captured in Massachusetts, their ride is now over.
