WASHINGTON (WHDH) - People planning to fry their Thanksgiving turkey are being warned by officials to be extra careful.
The U.S. Consumer Safety Commission released a dramatic video showing what could happen if a turkey is not deep-friend the proper way.
Officials said the most common fires on Thanksgiving are kitchen fires, fryer fires and oven and stovetop fires.
