BOSTON (WHDH) - A convicted child rapist is back behind bars tonight.
He was arrested in Boston just days after moving out of his parents home in Weymouth.
Richard Gardner served 27 years in prison after being convicted for kidnapping and raping young boys.
Gardner was recently released on parole but yesterday police arrested him at a Boston shelter on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Rhode Island.
