MARSTONS MILLS (WHDH) — A Cape Cod man is accused of gunning for trouble in Marstons Mills.
Police said 31-year-old Dwayne Peter used a 12-gauge shotgun to shoot out the windshield of his neighbor's car during a fight.
When officers arrived on scene, they said Peters charged their cruiser and threw himself across the hood of the car before he was handcuffed.
