DUXBURY, MASS. (WHDH) - Police in Duxbury have issued an update on a person who has been missing since May 28.

According to the department’s Twitter account, Shayla Weber was recently sighted at a rest stop in Charlton. Police say she was traveling in a light-colored four-door sedan.

Weber was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black baggy shorts, and flip-flops. She has a nose ring and a scar on her chest from heart surgery.

The girl had previously been seen seen in the Brockton/Randolph area.

Weber, 17, is 5-foot-2 and 160 pounds and has brown eyes.

Police continue to ask for information from the public regarding Weber’s whereabouts. Anyone with information is asked to contact Duxbury Police at (781) 934-5656.
