DUXBURY, MASS. (WHDH) - Duxbury Police have found a missing teen who they had believed was endangered.

Shayla Weber, 17 was found in Windsor, Connecticut on Thursday.

She was reported missing on May 28.

Duxbury Police said Weber is “safe and sound.”

According to police, Weber was found in good health and will be turned over to Connecticut child welfare authorities.

Duxbury Police pinpointed the teen’s location and sought the help of Windsor Police.

During the 13-day investigation, police received and followed up on dozens of tips, some of which led directly to her being located safely.

Brockton, Randolph and Lexington police also helped with the investigation.
