Ready for the Easter Bunny? We have a sweet treat that looks too good to eat! 

Directions:

–Cut round yellow sponge cake into three layers.

–Fill each layer with chocolate mousse about 1/2 inch thick.

–Ice the cake with a thin base coat of butter cream frosting.

–Pipe butter cream basket-weave design on sides of cake.

–Pipe a swirl to border the bottom and top edges.

–Add sugar flowers and butter cream leaves and bows.

–In separate bowl add a few drops of green food coloring to coconut.

–Then place coconut on top of cake.

–Add candy eggs or jelly beans.

–Attach pipe cleaner to make a handle and tie with a bow.
