TAUNTON, Mass. (WHDH) – Firefighters in Taunton responded to a chemical scare at a home on Pine Street. The incident sent one man to the hospital Sunday.
Officials say he was cleaning his back porch and had mixed bleach with another chemical, which lead to a pressure explosion. The fire chief said there was no damage to the house.
Hazardous materials crews hosed down the house, and the house has since been deemed safe.
