PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — The father of a toddler whose disappearance sparked national attention is back in jail following his arrest for violating his bail conditions.

Cumberland County Sheriff's Department records say Justin DiPietro was arrested in South Portland.

DiPietro is the father of Ayla Reynolds, who was reported missing from DiPietro's home in Waterville in December of 2011. The case remains unsolved.
