FALL RIVER, Mass. (WHDH) — Two Fall River firefighters were hurt overnight while battling a fire on Plymouth Ave.
High winds were said to make the fire particularly hard to fight.
Eleven people were displaced.
Three families lived in the multi-family house that caught on fire.
They all got out safely, but a firefighter was burned while another one was checked out for back injuries.
Those two firefighters were taken to the hospital and both were expected to be okay.
