FOXBORO, MASS. (WHDH) - Gillette Stadium was fined by the town of Foxborough after Bruce Springsteen’s concert ran over curfew last week.
The stadium paid more than $22,000 to the town for allowing Springsteen to break Foxborough’s concert curfew, which was extended to give Springsteen more time to play.
The four-hour concert took place at Gillette last Wednesday. Springsteen’s last song did not start until almost midnight, nearly 30 minutes after the curfew ended.
