Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski paid a special visit Monday to a young fan of his in Rhode Island.
Eight-year-old Dorian has been battling cancer for four years. Gronkowski met him at his house in Westerly, where he posed for photos with Dorian and gave him an autograph.
The hashtag #DStrong has grown on Twitter in support of Dorian and his cancer fight.
