NEW HAMPTON, N.H. (WHDH) - A Groton man was arrested for reckless driving after New Hampshire state police saw him traveling at an extremely high rate of speed on I-93 in New Hampton.
According to police, a trooper observed 61-year-old Henry Emmet driving at 110 miles per hour on I-93 northbound, where the speed limit is 70 miles per hour.
Emmet was arrested for reckless driving and will appear in the Laconia Circuit Court to answer to his charge on July 28 at 8:30 a.m.
