PLYMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - Officials in Peabody are investigating reports that credit card machines at a Wal-Mart have been tampered with.
Police say they were called last week after receiving a report that suspicious individuals were tampering with credit card readers.
Police responded to the report but were unable to determine who the individuals were or what they were doing.
Officials say they are continuing to work with the Wal-Mart store to gather more information.
The store is located on 300 Colony Place Rd.
