Cambridge Arts River Festival

This year’s annual Cambridge Arts River Festival will be on the East Cambridge waterfront. Here, you’ll be able to see local music, theater, and dance on six different festival stages. There will also be community tables, poetry and storytelling tents, interactive areas, roving performances, and a revival of People’s Sculpture Racing. Worried you’ll get hungry? The World of Food and Arts Bazaar will offer refreshments in addition to unique local artwork and crafts for purchase!

Uncorked at Franklin Park Zoo

Join Franklin Park Zoo for a toast at their 3rd annual wine-tasting event. Guests have the opportunity to try various wines all while visiting the Zoo’s signature Tropical Forest Pavilion where there will be western lowland gorillas, pygmy hippos, ring-tailed-lemurs, a giant anteater and a number of other great animals! All proceeds will go towards supporting the operation and continuing growth of the Franklin Park Zoo, its education programs, and conservation initiatives. This is a 21+ event.

Tickets are available for purchase online, $50 in advance or $55 the day of. 

Boston Dragon Boat Festival

Make sure to come to the Charles River to see and take part in this fun, extravagant Dragon Boat Festival! Over 50 teams are expected to race from 7 AM throughout both days. In addition to the races, there will be music and dance performances, arts and crafts, and tasty food.
