Jury deliberations are set to begin in the trial over the land sale for a casino in Everett.
Prosecutors say a convicted felon and two other men had a hidden stake in the land and tried to hide that information from regulators and casino mogul Steve Wynn.
One of the men is a known mafia associate.
The three men are charged with conspiracy and wire fraud.
