Lawyers for Bill Cosby will be in Boston Wednesday.
Insurer AIG is suing to avoid paying out potential awards to seven women who claim Cosby raped them.
AIG issued Cosby protection from defamation in 2014.
The company says the claim only applies to alleged sexual misconduct.
Meanwhile, a sexual assault case against Cosby is moving forward in Pennsylvania after a judge denied an appeal to have the case thrown out Tuesday.
