BOSTON (WHDH) - A local tattoo artist has been receiving backlash for offering a free tattoo.
The owner said he was just trying to capitalize on the election and drum up business by offering free tattoos of the “Make America Great Again” slogan.
But now he has had to turn away paying customers.
13 people showed up to get the free tattoo but backlash along with threatening emails became too much to handle.
The owner said he did not mean to offend anyone and if Clinton had one the election he would have offered free tattoos to her supporters as well.
