HYANNIS, MASS. (WHDH) - One person was killed and another is in critical condition after a stabbing in Hyannis.
Barnstable Police responded to Beth Lane in Hyannis around 1:30 a.m.
When police arrived, they encountered two stabbing victims.
One of the victims, a 26-year-old male, died from his injuries.
The other person remains in critical condition.
A person was placed under arrest for probation violation.
State Police and the District Attorney are assisting with the investigation.
