REVERE, MASS. (WHDH) - The father of Bella Bond was arrested on larceny charges Friday in Revere.
Joseph Amoroso was arrested and charged with larceny from a building. A source told 7News that he stole two pocketbooks and allegedly confessed to police. He was charged with larceny over $250, which is a felony.
Amoroso posted bond earlier Friday evening. Amoroso was previously arrested back in January on shoplifting charges.
Amoroso is the biological father of Bella Bond, known for month as “Baby Doe” after her remains were found inside a garbage bag that washed up on Deer Island in Winthrop last year. Her mother’s boyfriend was charged with killing the girl. Her mother, Rachelle Bond, is charged as an accessory.
