Police arrested a man after he allegedly robbed from several cars at a Worcester auto body shop.

The suspect, 60-year-old David Latino, allegedly stole from several cars at Mill Street Motors on Friday after the shop had closed for the day. Police said Latino went from car to car looking for unlocked doors and stole everything, from a radio to jewelry.

Mill Street Motors Manager Jerry Toohil said a customer told him that the radio was missing from their truck. He said he then went outside and noticed a few vehicles at their lot had been robbed.

When he watched the surveillance video, Toohil said he recognized Latino because he had bought a vehicle from his lot. To confirm his suspicions, Toohil said he drove Latino’s house and saw the same vehicle that was in the video.

Latino was arrested and police said they recovered the stolen items. Latino was charged with larceny and breaking and entering and is expected to be arraigned on Monday.
