LACONIA, N.H. (AP) — Police say a shipment of methamphetamine to a post office in Laconia, New Hampshire, led to an arrest and seizure of drugs and weapons.

Police say they arrested 37-year-old Robert Golden Jr. on Friday when he tried to pick up the package, which contained 56 grams of meth.

During the investigation, police seized a handgun, shotgun, knives and several hundred rounds of ammunition, in addition to marijuana, heroin, meth and drug paraphernalia. Police also said they seized Narcan, which can be used to revive someone after overdosing.

The Associated Press could not find a phone listing for Golden on Saturday.

The New Hampshire State Police and the U.S. Postal Inspector Service assisted Laconia police.
