MEDFIELD, MASS. (WHDH) - Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that happened in Medford early Sunday morning.
Around 5:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a pedestrian struck on Route 16 westbound just before Wellington Circle with serious, life-threatening injuries.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been struck by a car, which had left the scene.
There is no description of the car at this time.
The victim has not yet been identified.
