Two mothers in Salem, New Hampshire, are facing charges after police said they were drunk with their infants at a mall.
According to police, Baylie Lecolst and Amber Giordano admitted to drinking while taking care of their children on Monday.
Police said one of the women was lying in a puddle while holding her child above her head.
They have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
