READVILLE, MA (WHDH) — A Sharon woman was arrested after allegedly attack an MBTA train conductor Monday night.

Around 10 p.m., MBTA Transit Police responded to the Readville Commuter Rail station for a disorderly person.

When officers arrived, they were met by the train’s conductor, who pointed out a woman and told officer she would have to pay her fare or leave the train.

The woman was later identified as Emma Bloom, 23 of Sharon.

Blooms responded by physically attacking the conductor, kicking, punching and biting him.

At one point during Bloom’s assault, she allegedly took out a folding knife and began to threaten to stab the conductor.

Bloom was arrested and will be charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon shod foot.
