DUXBURY, MASS. (WHDH) - New details have emerged about the construction accident that killed one worker in Duxbury.
Jason Sanderson, 29 of Carver, was initially rushed to the hospital with a serious neck wound.
He was later pronounced dead.
Police said Sanderson and a fellow employee were working down in a hole, when a saw he was using kicked back and hit him in the neck.
Investigators do not suspect foul play at this time.
