Two teens have been arrested after after an 18-year-old was shot inside a CVS on Central Street in Stoughton Thursday afternoon.

Witnesses said shots rang out inside the store after an argument between a few teenagers. Renee Nogueira, who was shopping inside, told 7News she heard “a couple of pops” after the argument began.

After being shot, the teen ran over to the CVS Minute Clinic to get first aid.

The teen has since been released from the hospital.

The store was closed while authorities investigated inside. Nogueira said she saw the teenager holding his shoulder; he was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK.

Police said the shooting was captured on surveillance video.

Stoughton Police are investigating with the help of the Massachusetts State Police. Police said the shooting was targeted.

According to police, the gunman is still on the loose.

The teen is expected to be okay.
