Video shows school bus in New Jersey road rage incident

An alleged case of road rage in New Jersey involving a school bus and a FedEx truck was caught on camera.

The school bus was seen swerving in and out of lanes on Airport Road in Lakewood.

Stephen O’Connor shot the video on his phone Wednesday afternoon.

“I originally seen it back there about a mile when the bus made several attempts to put his wheels over that line – he was looking like he had to go somewhere in a hurry,” he said.

In the video, the bus is seen driving onto the wrong side of the street attempting to pass the FedEx truck. The truck driver looked to block the bus by also driving in the opposite lane.

“Both vehicles were on the other side the road and it was second or two after they got on right side there was another car came the other way,” O’Connor said.

The bus is owned by Jays’s Bus Service out of Ocean County and operates for many school districts.

No children were on the bus during the incident.

Police said they have a copy of the video and an investigation is underway.
