Nomination Story:
Maddie Partridge is a senior at Algonquin Regional High School and the President of the SADD (Students against Destructive Decisions). She organized a school wide program last year based on “Every 15 Minutes” (http://every15minutes.com/). It was because of her leadership that we were able to host a full day program complete with a whole school assembly about the dangers of distracted driving. Her organization allowed us to involve 40 Algonquin students in planning and executing this program that was extremely successful.
