BOSTON (WHDH) - A New York man was arrested after police said he tried breaking into a North End home through its skylight.
Police said Damian Tejada, 24, tried breaking into two apartments before trying to slip into a third through the skylight. The woman who lives in the apartment told 7News she and her husband heard Tejada yelling outside and trying to open the skylight. She said her husband managed to hold the window closed and kept him from climbing in.
Tejada was arrested and charged with breaking and entering a residence at nighttime and two counts of attempted breaking and entering a residence at nighttime.
