SALEM, N.H. (WHDH) - A man was arraigned by video Wednesday for allegedly driving drunk and causing a crash that killed another driver in Salem, New Hampshire.

Todd Gurley, 45, was charged with driving drunk, negligent homicide and possession of heroin.

Police said Gurley pulled out onto Route 111 Tuesday, hitting a car and pushing it into oncoming traffic. The car then hit another car head-on, killing a woman.
