TYNGSBORO, MASS. (WHDH) - A Chelmsford man was charged with putting bomb-like devices on power lines in Tyngsboro.

Danny Kelly, 61, was charged with malicious destruction of property by fire. He was arrested by State Police and the FBI back in April after firefighters said they found the devices while fighting a brush fire in the area.

The FBI said the devices were not terrorist-related. Kelly has had disputes with phone and cable companies before and has pleaded guilty to cutting cable wires to get money from the companies.
