SUNAPEE, N.H. (AP) — Officials have identified the 3-year-old girl who drowned at a pond in Sunapee, N.H.

Marine Patrol officers said Sidney Allen of Hubbardston, Mass., was playing outside near the shore of Perkins Pond on Sunday when she went missing. She was found in the water 10 to 15 feet from shore.

Officers said CPR was performed.

Allen was taken to New London Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The Sunapee Police Department and New Hampshire Medical Examiner's Office have said the death was accidental.
