Honolulu, Hawaii (WHDH) — A vacation in paradise ended in tragedy when a Massachusetts man died while scuba diving in Hawaii Friday morning.
46-year-old Timothy O’Sullivan was pulled from the waters off of the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
EMS said O’Sullivan was unresponsive and rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
An autopsy performed Monday will determine the exact cause of his death.
