A man accused of waving a gun around on the highway in Milton appeared in court on Wednesday.
The teen is accused of waving a fake gun at another driver in an alleged road rage incident.
Cedric Kom-Tagne, 19, cut off another driver on Route 24 on Tuesday and then waved the fake gun at the driver on at least two occasions, prosecutors said.
Kom-Tagne was pulled over by State Police troopers a short time later.
Kom-Tagne’s defense attorney said her client is innocent and this case is a simple misunderstanding.
